A TOP PRIORITY ON PERFORMANCE? “OUR” MINISTRY ACHIEVEMENT? “OUR”…ASSESSED AS “MY”… FUNDING?

OR VALUING VARIED, IMPERFECT,NOT ALWAYS

FUN UNIQUE GOD MADE INDIVIDUALS?

A WELL OILED, EFFICIENT, SECURE REVENUE REPRODUCING ORGANISM happens to be what many of YOU, ME, I, WE all seem to ongoing need. As that would take a lot of monthly, daily real pressure off.

 

HOWEVER, the world SYSTEM is filled with many FORMULAS..one of ones being MEGA USED today is an ALGORITHM. Best exampled by Prime TIme AMAZON.

WHEN anyone Googles the FINISHED PRODUCT one finds MANY millions, billions of well earned dollars and what appears to be MASSIVE BIG opportunities for major employment…

 

HOWEVER when one scans the many recent WORKERS comments amidst the now many online news reports..there is a high disparity between what APPEARS to be Solid Business Fortune…Chief Employment AND Efficient Production…clearly appearing ALL very admirable and rather extraordinary.

NOTE: This is not PRO or AGAINST Amazon. I sure do fully enjoy their multiplied many offerings… as well as their fast deliveries…

 

THIS is a comment far more to the HUMANITY, QUALITY OF ALL PEOPLE’S REAL LIVES and the effects on their FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS, their overall HEALTHY and that of their bottom every day line: How do they feel about LIFE? their employed valuable Real Self? and What do their spouses, children and basic social network DO with any POSITIVE, HOPEFUL, or NEGATIVE, DRAINING, leaving EXHAUSTED after effects.

 

YET, the intention of me writing is not to rant, rave or prefer BUSINESS but to contrast it to accepting, Holy Spirit governed HEBREWS 10:25 “fellowship with the saints” in an ongoing, ministry attendance, performance and pioneering leader, naive, overseer relaxed or maybe NOT so relaxed ongoing method.

(ONGOING is the needed value, over all wear and tear, finished “Ministry Product,God or Human flesh MAIN GOAL)

 

IT’S ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT (RESPECT OR DEVALUE) CERTAIN TYPES OF PERS

 

CHURCH RELIGIOUS LEADER WELL RUN SYSTEM…COMPARED TO BUSINESS ALGORITHMS. SUBMITTED AS “BE CAUTIOUS” ASSESSING (NOT TO ONE WHIT ACCUSE) SELAH

THERE IS ACTUALLY VERY MUCH ON THE WEB REGARDING “USE OF BUSINESS ALGORITHMS…However during the last 2- 3 months something comes up inside my leader spirit..

“SWEAT SHOPS ARE MADE OF THIS TYPE OF STUFF.”…Even more recently … “SOUNDS LIKE SCROOGE”

NOTE..It’s not “earning mega millions” which troubles me (at all)..or “employing good financial business/apostolic ministry recurring proven set practices” ..which Holy SPIRIT has SENT…(but for each Christian believer, should ongoing be EVALUATED and not allowed to harden into cold, brittle, sin spying/people pleasing, ministry accuser legalism,) and/or US CENTERED, assessed as stubborn** bureaucracy.

 

 

“STUBBORN” meaning lacking freshness, without self evaluating, harboring fully resistance to make a new positive, defragging badly needed right change…(for I Samuel 15:23 (business reminds of) “stubbornness is as the sin of idolatry”

 

PLUS read the entire ominous Bible verse”..meaning it’s not mincing any direct leader words..plus also in the revered King James

“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and

stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.” I Sam 15:23

CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OR SYSTEM, SPIRITUAL ALGORITHM  BOTTOM LINE: HOW IT REGARDS, EFFECTS, VALUED “ALL HEBREWS 10:25 RELATIONSHIPS” 

“by their fruit you will know them”(High Level Leaders, Ministry Associates, Staff, Elders, Governing Leader Lay)

Christian Ministry, Fellowship, Church, Many Campuses, Cell Ministries

Ephesians 1:6 All valued, Equally Respected, Interfaced I JOHN 1: 7** with

I John 1:7 “If we walk in the light as He is in the light, then we have fellowship one with another and the blood of Christ cleanses us from all sin”

The Mature Leaders, Elders are not far away Pharisee Sin Spying yet False Accusers: Rather each one “VALUES and RESPECTS and MATURELY JESUS LOVES” any person who they may have a  suspicion about OR any person whom they may perceived to IS or COULD BE in sin or is a potential BIG PROBLEM. Therefore  THEY  Submit to one to one private respectful, calm Matthew 18:15, 16, meek Galatians 6:1 “confrontation” “correction” 

James 3:17 “All church leaders maturely resemble “God’s wisdom from above” “pure, peaceable, EASILY ENTREATED , full of mercy and good fruit, WITHOUT PARTIALITY and without HYPOCRISY”

The Top High Leader and all descending co minsters, elder, leaders, leading lay are wisely trained in humble Ephesians 1:16 (all accepted and humanly office maturely respected); Servant Leadership  Ephesians 4: 1-4, Chain of Command Ephesians 5:21 but with a combo of Sweet Baby Jesus, James 3: 17 as well as a Mature Adult Ministry Christ “rising up to deal with any rough touch customer” Revelation 2 “Church of Thyatira a ” dominating, false teaching, controlling king, queen Jezebel pro active , Matthew 18:15/16 FIRMLY RESPECTFULLY ONE TO ONE, FACE TO FACE CONFRONT. (PS rather than sitting around sin spying, gossiping and accuser complaining.. (safely from afar)

WHEN, IF, AS  THE REPRODUCED FROM FROM MINISTRY “GOVERNING” “DUE ORGANIZATION” DISRESPECTS, DEMEANS, DEVALUED and CONTROLS  “CERTAIN STYLES, TYPES, RACES, AGED, GENDER, LOOKS OF HUMAN PERSONS…then it is ANTI the Hebrews 10:25 Eternal Cause of Christ and it “ANTI CHRIST” in the ministry ‘reproduced FRUIT”  And if it is a leadership SYSTEM it is designed primarily to turf guard and guarantee INCOME .for  it does NOT “EPHESIANS 1:6 “accept ALL in the Beloved’ Nor does it respresents

ANIt bears witness to the FRUIT of a SYSTEM, ALGORITHM and not of the classic FIRST CHURCH “Hebrews 10:25

Does the group, ministry, leader, human, family member, prefer MAKING MASSES OF MINISTRY, ME MONEY over caring, empathy, compassion and taking TIME for ALL RELATIONSHIPS and vice versa

 

BECAUSE several years back, I perceived the Lord

say:

“THE RELATIONSHIP WITH

MONEY, MAKING MONEY,

HAVING MONEY, POSSESSIONS,

ACQUIRING MORE

STUFF… APPEARS TO BE THE ROOT OF MOST OFLIFE’S EVILS, TROUBLES.”

NO, it’s decidedly NOT ANYTHING ABOUT ANY PERSON OWNING, NOT THEIR NEED , GIFT FOR EARNING..also it’s NOT “ACHIEVING” OR perceived leader WINNING“..but rather just about the ongoing, daily, ups and many way DOWNS of “RELATIONSHIP” with FUNDS, LACK thereof …meaning the M WORD (MAKING MORE MINISTRY, ACHIEVING “MY” MAMMON MONEY) fully affects HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS..

 

….such as “deemed PEACE, BLISS” but due to the HEARTS of human individuals who have NO Eternal Jesus Christ dwelling in side to help them achieve ONGOING certain PEACE …the carnal human Life has most often the innate finite sheer opposite which breeds … shallow… carnal Momentary Life View and RELATIONSHIP many FEARS, sorry STRESSES, which in turn breed..

 

….family quarrels, ancient feuds, accusing arguments” “anxious big fear” “unwanted divorce” “step parents accusing the step child” “killings””suicide” “rage outbursts” “suffering” “big injurious personal implosions/violent explosions” not to omit USE of many Others to Get Rich Quick or even build their own Vice Algorithim (drugs, trafficking, etc)
